MyGrid BV Reservation Terms and Conditions


These reservation terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of the reservation
(“Reservation”) between you and MyGrid Bv. (“MyGrid” “we” “our” or “us”) for the applicable

MyGrid product(s) (“Products”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your
Reservation. By submitting your Reservation, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.


Reservation


By submitting your Reservation via a fully-refundable 50€ per Product deposit (the “Deposit”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and you confirm that you wish to have a priority to order the Products once the applicable.

 

Products are deemed by us to be ready for sale in your region. You will be placed on MyGrids’s reservation list and you will receive communication to place your order once we are close to delivering the Products in your region. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate, and that you will keep such information accurate. MyGrid shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or address information.


Priority and Right to Cancel


We will establish your Reservation sequence position in our sole discretion. We may decline reservations to avoid over-subscription, if we are unable to commence the sale and shipping of the Products to your region or as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. If your Reservation is declined, you will be notified, and your Deposit will be refunded. MyGrid will contact you when the Products are ready for sale in your region. When we notify you of the availability of the Products, you will proceed with the purchase of the Products or request a refund. In the event a purchase is made, your Deposit will be credited against the purchase price of the Products. Until you enter into the purchase of the Products with us, your Reservation may be cancelled at any time by you or by MyGrid, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Deposit.


Your Acknowledgement


You understand that we may not have completed the development of the Products or begun manufacturing the Products for your region at the time of your Reservation and so we do not guarantee when your Products will be delivered. The sale and delivery of the Products are dependent on many factors, including regulatory approvals by region, our manufacturing schedule, the date of your Reservation, whether and when you decide to purchase the Products, your full payment for the Products and other factors beyond our reasonable control.


Price


The price of the Products at the time of your Reservation are subject to change until the Products are ready for full purchase in your region. You understand that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and all tariff, import, customs, tax and other charges applicable in your jurisdiction.
